Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using First Lotto AU.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Player”, “you”) and First Lotto AU Pty Ltd (ABN 47 382 910 654) (“First Lotto AU”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the First Lotto AU website at firstlottoau.com and all associated services (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering an account or accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Access to the Platform is strictly limited to:
- Individuals who are at least 18 years of age; and
- Permanent residents or citizens of Australia.
By registering, you warrant that you meet both eligibility criteria. First Lotto AU reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where these conditions are not met. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of any account balance.
2. Account Registration and Security
You may only hold one registered account with First Lotto AU. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be closed without prior notice, with any associated winnings voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. First Lotto AU is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Draw Participation and Ticket Entry
Ticket entries become valid upon receipt of full payment and electronic confirmation from us. Entries submitted after the draw deadline will not be accepted for that draw and will be automatically carried forward to the next scheduled draw, unless a refund is requested within 24 hours of the deadline.
All draws are conducted using independently certified random number generation technology. Results are final and binding upon publication. First Lotto AU does not guarantee any particular outcome and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from participation.
4. Prize Claims and Payouts
Prizes up to AUD 5,000 are credited to your account within 24 hours of draw publication. Prizes exceeding AUD 5,000 require successful completion of identity verification (KYC) before payment is released to your nominated Australian bank account.
Prize claims must be submitted within 90 days of the relevant draw date. Claims submitted after this period will be forfeited. First Lotto AU is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking details provided by the Player.
5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Fees
All monetary transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars (AUD). We do not charge fees on deposits. Standard processing times apply to bank withdrawals (2–5 business days). First Lotto AU reserves the right to apply transaction limits and to implement anti-money laundering checks as required by law.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or circumvent any Platform security measure.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Share your account credentials with any third party.
- Open or operate multiple accounts.
- Engage in any form of collusion or manipulation of draw outcomes.
Breach of any prohibition above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
7. Responsible Gambling
First Lotto AU is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We offer the following tools to help you stay in control:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
- Session time reminders and automatic session timeouts.
- Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks).
- Permanent self-exclusion from the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, draw result data, and software, is the exclusive property of First Lotto AU Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, First Lotto AU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data loss, or technical failures. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.
10. Modifications to the Platform and Terms
First Lotto AU may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
